The police report by the National Felda Settler Children’s Association (Anak) is to find where and how the RM 6 billion loan was spent.
Those named in the police report which was lodged on Sunday afternoon, were Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak; Deputy Minister in Prime Minister Department (Felda Affairs) Ahmad Maslan; Felda chairman Mohd Isa Abdul Samad and Felda director general Dzulkifli Abdul Wahab.
The report was lodged at Seremban district police headquarters by Anak president Mazlan Aliman and about 25 supporters who are either Felda settlers or Employee Provident Fund (EPF) contributors.
“Recently Mohd Isa the Felda chairman admitted that Felda borrowed RM6 billions from EPF and that it shows how much trust EPF has on Felda by willing to give RM6 billion as loan,” said Mazlan.
In his police report Mazlan wants to know where and how the RM6 billion was spent. He also wants to know who directed Felda to borrow RM6 billion from EPF.
“ We want to know why the borrowing was not tabled in Parliament and would the loan have any implications on Felda settlers.
Mazlan urged Najib and EPF to explain this to the people, especially to Felda settlers and EPF contributors.

Felda claimed to be profitable and Cash rich ? Do others like RISDA also gets a LOAN from EPF ?
Even the request from EPF members turned down .
1) Why do EPF help FELDA then helping its EPF members ?
2) Are the claims by PKR and PAS in HARAKAH that FELDA is going to be Bankrupt if not from a loan by EPF, correct?
3) If the Investment or loan to FELDA is of low yield , that’s why the EPF dividend is only around 5 % and LOWER.
